Return Policy
- Due to the personal nature of the items sold and concern with sexually transmitted diseases and communicable diseases, returns will not be accepted on opened items. If you desire a refund, please contact our returns department within 7 days of receipt and we will issue instructions to complete the refund. The only items we will accept for refundable returns are those that are mechanically defective (see DOA policies below) or those that have been confirmed to have been unopened. A 25% restocking fee will be incurred for refunds on unopened items that are deemed not mechanically defective. If we approve a return/refund through our returns department and the item arrives in an opened package we will decline the refund and the customer will have the option to have the item returned back to them at their expense for shipping costs.
- Shipping charges from the customer to AdultToyBin for returns will not be refunded.
- No refund will be issued for a product if it is not returned within 20 days of the original order date.
- No refunds will be given on Glass Toys as they are custom pieces.
- Refunds are only available for orders shipped within the United States.
DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy
- If you recieve an item that is mechanically non-functional or destroyed upon arrival you may request a refund or a replacement product. Defective items MUST be reported via e-mail or telephone within 48 hours of receipt of product with a detailed description of the problem. After 48 hours refunds and exchanges on defective items will not be accepted. We will only accept items that have been tested before any usage, if the item has been used in a sexual manner, we will not offer refunds on the item(s).
- Shipping charges to AdultToyBin.com will be refunded to the customer after receipt of the item and confirmation that the item was defective upon arrival to the customer. After confirmation that the item was defective we will promptly issue a refund or a replacement product with shipping expenses incurred to AdultToyBin.com for replacement products.
Shipping Damage
- AdultToybin.com should be notified immediately in the event a package is damaged during shipment so that a claim with the shipping company can be filed. AdultToyBin.com will make all reasonable efforts to have replacement merchandise provided to the customer in a timely manner.
Shipping Times and Information
- Once an order has been placed, it usually takes between 1-3 days to process the order at our office before being transferred to our warehouses. This is for several reasons including address and credit card verification and verification of product on hand. After this initial verification period we will ship your order which will then take between 4-7 days to be delivered. You will recieve notifcation e-mails and tracking updates as we proceed through the order process. Please expect between 4-10 business days for your order to reach you.
